Avocado Devilled Eggs with Spirulina Puffed Quinoa

1/2 tsp Smoked Sweet Paprika

2 tsp Lemon Juice

1/2 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

In a separate bowl, mix the puffed quinoa with the spirulina until fully coated.

Peel the hard boiled eggs and cut eggs in half. Gently remove the yolks and transfer to a bowl.

Add honey mustard powder, paprika, salt, pepper, lemon juice, yogurt and avocado. Mash and mix until fully incorporated and smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe the filling onto each egg half.

Sprinkle the devilled eggs with the spirulina puffed quinoa.
