Is it possible to pick up my order at one of your warehouse locations?
Yes, choose the "Store pick up" shipping option when checking out on the website.
Our Toronto and Vancouver warehouses are open for you to pick up your order from Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:00pm. The warehouse addresses can be found on the Contact Us page.
Where can I find a complete product list?
Why is $10 flat rate not always possible?
The shipping fee depends on the location, the weight and also the types of products ordered.
It is not possible to offer flat rate shipping for refrigerated and frozen items. The only exception being for customers within Toronto and Vancouver.
Is it possible to go to the office to place an order?
No. We only offer the ability to pick up orders. The order must be placed in advance and will be ready upon your arrival.
