Ingredients

1/3 cup white wine vinegar

1 Tbsp grainy Dijon mustard
- •
2 Tbsp David’s Herb de Provence
Instructions

In a blender, combine vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey. Turn it on to medium speed and slowly add the oil through the filler cap.

When the vinaigrette is thick and creamy, add the herb de Provence.

Toss with green, pasta, or grain salads. Refrigerate for up to a week.
