2 oz lychee puree

1 whole, canned lychee
Instructions

Put the gin, triple sec, lemon juice, and lychee puree into a cocktail shaker and shake well.

Pour into a glass and top with soda water.

Garnish with the whole lychee, chili powder, fresh mint, and serve.
