120 g organic cane sugar

1 kg frozen raspberry puree
Instructions

In a heavy saucepan combine the sugar, water, and sorbet stabilizer and bring to a boil. Let cool.

Whisk in the raspberry puree.

Churn in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's directions.

Store in the freezer until ready to serve.
