Create stunning presentations using this finishing salt with a gorgeous black lustre. Crystalline flakes of sea salt are mixed with charcoal to produce a distinct colour and an earthy taste. Makes a striking table salt on its own or mixed with white sea salt flakes. Best used to finish a Caprese salad or devilled eggs. Adds a pleasing salty crunch when used to finish grilled salmon, pork, or chicken. The black crystals can be used in garnish for white chocolate bark or sprinkled on caramels.
